Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring that customers receive the best possible solution and experience. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, calculate, estimate, and troubleshoot bulk material equipment related to our product lines.
  • Correspond with sales and customers to understand requirements and specifications.
  • Forecast milestones, ship dates, and customer shutdowns for multiple orders.
  • Learn a cross-section of all Tote's products and how to make them.
  • Study manufacturing and manufacturing support functions and processes as it pertains to Tote's unique approach.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of design experience required.
  • Advanced knowledge of CAD software with an emphasis on CREO.
  • Structural engineering experience required.
  • Previous manufacturing or related shop experience preferred.
