Position Overview:
PlanIT Group is currently seeking a Warehouse Services Coordinator to fulfill a vital role within our logistics team.

Job Purpose:
This position involves a range of responsibilities related to the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storage, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment to support operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and prepare materials for shipment
  • Conduct inventory verification of materials
  • Document material entries using Excel
  • Package materials securely for transport
  • Fasten materials onto skids
  • Apply shrink wrap to packaged materials
  • Label skids with relevant material details
  • Operate picker lifts and pallet reach trucks as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Prior experience operating picker lifts, pallet reach trucks, and forklifts is essential
  • Forklift certification is preferred
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, particularly in document scanning
