Job Summary

Retlif Testing Laboratories is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities, Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Ronkonkoma, New York. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping, receiving, and facilities maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in driving a box truck, shipping and receiving procedures, and facilities maintenance. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the shipping and receiving of materials and supplies
  • Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks, including custodial duties and equipment maintenance
  • Drive and transport company supplies and property to and from Retlif facilities and other locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with safety procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years' experience in driving a box truck and shipping and receiving procedures
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift, bend, climb, and twist
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical systems
