Travel BCBA Position Overview

Lighthouse Autism Center invites applications from skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as a Senior Autism Specialist in a travel role. About Lighthouse Autism Center

Our mission is to provide exceptional outcomes for learners through collaborative and compassionate care. As a Senior Autism Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team that integrates naturalistic teaching strategies, trauma-informed care, and a multidisciplinary approach involving BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs). This 3-month+ assignment is not only a chance to explore a new location but also an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals with autism and their families.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A generous hourly rate of $75.00, along with a $5,000 completion bonus upon successful completion of a minimum 3-month commitment.
  • Travel support, including paid housing, daily meal stipend, and additional reimbursement for travel-related expenses upon approval.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Master's degree encompassing behavior analytic content.
  • An active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • The ability to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT).
