Job Title: Plant Manager
Job Overview
As a key member of our leadership team, the Plant Manager will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production meets customer requirements while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities
Production Oversight: Ensure that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.Financial Management: Review and analyze financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction and implement strategies to achieve budget goals.Team Leadership: Manage and develop a high-performing team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all local, state, and federal regulations are met, with a focus on safety and environmental responsibility.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
Experience: 13-15 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years in a Plant Manager role.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on people development and growth.Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
