  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service to create a memorable experience for our guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the event.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage, preferably at a luxury property.
  • Previous point of sale system experience is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to handle guest requests and concerns.
  • Highly responsible and reliable, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Must focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Physical Aspects of the Position:

  • Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Constant lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps.
