Job Summary

Kls Jrs Cleaners Llc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and appearance of our company buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain bathrooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing.
  • Empty and decontaminate trash containers, and move, rearrange, and dust furniture and fixtures.
  • Mix and blend routine cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary for various tasks.
  • Clean and wax floors using industrial-size mops and/or machines, and strip and polish floors using buffing machines.
  • Wash blinds, windows, and walls with prescribed solutions, and sweep sidewalks, porches, and tiled surfaces.
  • Operate wet/dry vacuum for cleaning and shampooing carpeted areas, and report needs for minor building or equipment repair to supervisor.
  • Replace light bulbs and/or report safety hazards to supervisor, and scrub floors of various types of flooring.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.
  • Active listening, comprehensive, observant, and self-starter skills.
