Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff during clinic operations, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish and maintain work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement guidelines for prioritizing work activities and modifying activities as necessary to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with patients, physicians, and other healthcare providers in a respectful, courteous, and confidential manner.
  • Monitor and document team member performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Manage Call Center operations, establishing departmental metrics and ensuring seamless communication with patients and staff.
  • Assist in marketing and expansion efforts, identifying opportunities to increase market share and drive business growth.
  • Oversee daily and monthly expenditures, staffing, and overtime hours, ensuring sound fiscal operations.
  • Develop and maintain effective communications between all levels of personnel, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, promoting open communication and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration preferred.
  • Three years' work and supervisory experience in practice management, with a strong understanding of healthcare financial management and policy development.
  • Effective working knowledge of healthcare administration systems, including medical practice accounting, third-party reimbursement issues, patient flow, and facilities management.
