Operating Room RN ASC Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN to serve as the Operating Room Nurse Manager at our state-of-the-art surgery center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our 12 operating rooms, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing a team of skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a high level of collaboration and communication with the team through regular meetings and daily huddles
- Effectively manage labor and productivity, as well as flexing team members as needed
- Assist in the development and monitoring of standards for assigned areas, including the Operating Room and corresponding ancillary areas
- Efficiently and effectively manage patient care and quality improvement initiatives
- Help determine goals and manage resources to achieve them
- Provide immediate mentoring and coaching to team members as needed
- Maintain a collegial relationship with physicians to ensure quality patient care
- Manage vendor coordination and ensure compliance with FHSCP policies
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid WA RN License
- BLS and ACLS
- 2+ years of management experience, with at least 1 year of experience in an ASC
- Experience with Orthopedic services
- Solid competency as an RN circulator, with preference given to those who have scrub experience
- CNOR
- Outpatient Total Joint or Spine Program
