Job Overview

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join their team in the aviation maintenance industry. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing complex mechanical devices and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and repair products in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications
  • Evaluate and recertify customer-owned tooling to ensure optimal performance
  • Continuously improve processes and reduce costs on existing and new products
  • Perform basic computer data entry using software such as WORD, Excel, and SAP/MRP
  • Operate forklifts and cranes safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience repairing medium to complex mechanical devices and tools
  • Experience in testing, diagnosing, and repairing electrical components
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience with basic hand tools and equipment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
