SSM Health is seeking a skilled RN to serve as a Program Coordinator in our Cardiac Cath Lab. This role will facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and initiatives, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement program services and initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes
- Maintain program documentation and review to support regulatory and compliance regulations
- Assist with determining appropriate training for staff and developing the learning program
- Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Three years' registered nurse experience
- Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs
- Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements
