SSM Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Administrative Supervisor. This role will be responsible for coordinating daily operations with the leadership team to ensure the implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care for assigned ministries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assigns, directs, educates, and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shifts.
  • Serves as a resource to the staff and provides support and coordination for patient emergencies.
  • Manages patient flow within assigned areas and evaluates the effectiveness of patient care.
  • Responds to complaints about patient care and manages through established channels.
  • May provide input for hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating staff.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing.
  • Two years' registered nurse experience with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA) certification.
  • Registered Professional Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) or equivalent certification from another state.
