Responsibilities:
Recognized as a developing authority, applying extensive technical knowledge.

In this position, you will:
Formulate technical solutions to intricate challenges.

Exhibit significant discretion in establishing objectives and methodologies for assignments.


Your duties will encompass, but are not limited to: interpreting, executing, and managing security policies; overseeing personnel access quotas, processing program access requests, evaluating first-tier adjudication performance, and conducting periodic reinvestigation processes; as well as facilitating program indoctrinations and debriefings.


Conduct classification reviews of outgoing documents, electronic media, and equipment; assist in crafting classification guidance; provide advice on facility design reviews and construction criteria; compile data for the preparation of physical security Inspectable Space Determination (TEMPEST) packages, AIS, and physical security packages; develop and implement operational procedures for facilities; prepare Co-Utilization Agreements; maintain records related to physical security, AIS, and TEMPEST; manage the OPSEC process to identify suitable countermeasures; and receive direction from the Government Program Security Officer.


Oversee and manage all security components for multiple Intelligence Community (IC) programs, ensuring the implementation of physical, program, facility, and information security requirements to comply with NISPOM, DCIDs, ICDs, and federal security regulations.

Develop and manage security programs and protocols for classified materials, documents, and equipment. Investigate and address security incidents, preparing reports that outline preventive measures to be implemented.

Conduct SCI Indoctrination briefings and training sessions for new and existing employees, coordinating security debriefings as necessary;

Participate in candidate prescreen interviews and play a key role in the recruitment process.

Responsible for SCIFs and may be required to respond to after-hours alarms. Provide occasional support for proposals, as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:


A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with relevant years of experience, or a Master's degree with relevant years of experience, or a PhD with 7 years of experience.

Provide technical security support for government and DoD programs.

Must POSSESS and maintain a TS/SCI clearance, with Polygraph.
