We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bus Seat Assembler to join our production team at HSM Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling bus seats and frames, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble bus seats and frames using proper equipment and techniques.
  • Inspect and test assembled products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company safety protocols.
  • Meet production deadlines and targets, working efficiently to ensure timely delivery of products.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds regularly and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
