About the Opportunity

Capstone Logistics is seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload freight from trailers and containers
  • Select and pack merchandise for shipment
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Audit and inspect merchandise for damage or defects
  • Repack and re-label merchandise as needed
  • Sort and organize merchandise in the warehouse
  • Palletize and secure merchandise for shipment
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse and its equipment
Requirements
  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but not required
