Job Summary:

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Tailored Brands, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, build relationships, and provide personalized service.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, stock counts, and other store-related projects.
  • Monitor and maintain fitting room areas, handle customer purchases, exchanges, and returns.
  • Ensure the sales floor is stocked and merchandising guidelines are followed.

Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new programs and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs, climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
