Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and operational leadership in our pharmacies. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to pharmacy technicians and support staff
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to improve health outcomes
  • Lead and manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management and financial planning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Active pharmacy license in the state of employment
  • Immunization certification through an accredited organization
  • Free of pending felony charges or convictions for controlled substances
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD degree
  • Experience in pharmacy leadership and management
