Key Responsibilities- Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Monitor patients during anesthesia and make adjustments as needed to ensure their safety and comfort
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications
- Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
- Current certification as a CRNA
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a CRNA role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
