Key Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Monitor patients during anesthesia and make adjustments as needed to ensure their safety and comfort
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce complications
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
  • Current certification as a CRNA
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the state of Ohio
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a CRNA role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
