Nurse Practitioner

Lakeside Generations, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.
