Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Control Associate to join our team at FreshRealm. This role is responsible for accurately accounting for all inventory related to the production of meal kit recipe boxes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the requisition of product from storage to production, recording all inventory changes and inputting data into the warehouse management system.
  • Verify product quality and quantity immediately after receiving processes have been completed.
  • Collaborate with the Preparation team to understand inventory needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate significant inventory changes to the Inventory Control Team Lead and resolve issues related to inventory, product quality, and yields.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent counting skills, including ability to count large quantities of product in individual items, cases, and pallets.
  • Strong communication skills, including good listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and procedures while offering creative improvements.
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment with hard deadlines.
