Job Overview

This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in their community. The Site Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents, as well as maintaining the security and cleanliness of the facility. If you possess strong communication skills, a solutions-based approach, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively with others, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of resident activities, including intake paperwork and room checks
  • Provide direct support to residents, promoting successful program outcomes and Housing First principles
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, Management, and other Site Coordinators to ensure seamless operations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency required; experience working with vulnerable populations preferred
  • Ability to establish professional boundaries and communicate effectively with clients
  • Assertiveness, creativity, and flexibility essential for success in this role
Compensation

The hourly rate varies depending on the shift schedule: $16/hour for 8a-4p, $17/hour for 4p-12a, and $18/hour for 12a-8a shifts. Part-time positions or per-diem opportunities available.
