- Ensure clinical staff develops individualized treatment plans for assigned clients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to clients to enhance their optimal functioning.
- Conduct intake assessments with clients and family members.
- Complete quarterly quality reviews for clinical staff.
- Maintain a caseload and schedule that enables hitting productivity of 65% or higher.
- Communicate with the Clinical lead in creating an agenda for monthly clinical supervision meetings.
- Participate in case consultation with Clinical lead for high-risk or challenging cases.
Requirements:
- Ability to manage emotional situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Organizational skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to deal with diverse populations.
Preferred Experience Qualification Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
- 1-2 years of supervisory role.
- Ability to train, mentor, and evaluate multiple-level clinical staff.
- Excellent writing skills and record-keeping skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Master's degree in a Mental Health field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).
- Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist.
