Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise clinical staff and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Review and approve outpatient therapist progress notes and services.
  • Ensure clinical staff develops individualized treatment plans for assigned clients.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to clients to enhance their optimal functioning.
  • Conduct intake assessments with clients and family members.
  • Complete quarterly quality reviews for clinical staff.
  • Maintain a caseload and schedule that enables hitting productivity of 65% or higher.
  • Communicate with the Clinical lead in creating an agenda for monthly clinical supervision meetings.
  • Participate in case consultation with Clinical lead for high-risk or challenging cases.

Requirements:
  • Ability to manage emotional situations in a calm and professional manner.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with diverse populations.

Preferred Experience Qualification Requirements:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory role.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and evaluate multiple-level clinical staff.
  • Excellent writing skills and record-keeping skills.

Educational Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a Mental Health field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).
  • Licensed by the State of Pennsylvania as a LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist.
