Reports To General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Lead

Cashier/Service Duties

  • Keep a clean and organized service area
  • Assist customers with their orders and dining needs
  • Accurately operate the point-of-sale system
  • Efficiently handle payment transactions
  • Answer phone calls and take orders
  • Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness
  • Ensure product quality and portion sizes are consistent

Kitchen Production Duties

  • Adhere to preparation and closing checklists
  • Prepare food in accordance with recipes and standards
  • Maintain a tidy workstation
  • Properly close the kitchen at the end of the shift
  • Attend team meetings and provide suggestions for enhancements
  • Report any equipment or product issues to management

Qualifications
