Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Clinical Director in various essential functions as required.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinical program at Avenues.
  • Ensure client engagement and foster a supportive recovery atmosphere.
  • Occasionally lead group sessions and manage a small caseload of clients.
  • Maintain compliance standards to guarantee accurate client documentation.
  • Support Utilization Review processes to enhance treatment authorization and client retention.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working with clients facing substance use disorders or dual diagnoses.
  • Current licensure required for practice in this role (e.g., LICSW, MLADC, LCMHC).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, observational, and communication abilities.
  • A positive, respectful demeanor that embodies recovery principles.
