The Event Coordinator will play a crucial role in planning and executing internal events for Insight Global. This includes conferences, incentive trips, recognition programs, and training events. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute small to large-scale events and experiences
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders
  • Assist in the ideation and execution of successful event programs
  • Manage event project plans, timelines, and deliverables
  • Oversee marketing and communication, food and beverage, entertainment, AV & production, etc. related deliverables
  • Ensure successful on-site execution across all internal teams and stakeholders
