Day Two Plus LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of our solutions for new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive seamless adoption of our technology, including training users on how to use it effectively.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for all project teams.
- Identify key customer needs and priorities, and represent them to our Product Development team during planning.
- Manage project documentation and capture requirements from all functional stakeholders.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution, implementation, and management.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, construction, construction technology, information technology, real estate, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in similar roles, including construction/project management, corporate/commercial real estate, facilities management, engineering, architecture, or virtual design.
- Experience working in a construction technology company is a plus.
- Outstanding documentation and communication skills are required.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite & MS Project.
Yearly salary range: $115,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience.
