Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist - Couples and Family Specialist to join our team. As a Therapist - Couples and Family Specialist, you will work with individuals, couples, and families to address a range of mental health concerns, including relationship issues, family dynamics, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans to address client needs
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to promote healthy relationships and personal growth
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure seamless care and support for clients
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution
  • Clinical licensure (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) and on-track to obtain licensure in designated field
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
