Position Summary: The Warehouse Operations Supervisor, reporting to the Director, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational activities of the warehouse. This role is crucial in enhancing performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through effective strategies and methods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational workflows.
- Ensure the warehouse is adequately stocked and all equipment is maintained.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to establish budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Prepare various communications, including memos, reports, and invoices.
- Organize and promote office events such as meetings and training sessions.
- Draft and edit documents ranging from letters to comprehensive reports.
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.
- Handle accounts and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
- Generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, and conduct research.
- Anticipate the needs of colleagues to ensure a positive work environment.
- Oversee facility services and maintenance operations.
- Supervise additional office activities such as recycling and event planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage uniform distribution for warehouse staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

- Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective leadership and supervisory skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Familiarity with JDE, BFC, AS400, Concur, OnBase, and Dayforce is a plus.
- Multilingual skills may be preferred.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Team-oriented with leadership qualities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a senior management role with P&L responsibility.
