We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at South Bay Community Services Chula Vista. As a key member of our Youth Prevention and Intervention department, you will play a vital role in providing trauma-informed mental health services to youth and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapeutic services to youth and their families, including assessments and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the YPI team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Collect and maintain accurate data, case notes, and client files in the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database.
- Participate in Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings and coordinate with other organizations to effectively serve clients.
- Provide crisis intervention and transportation services as needed.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field with current BBS registration as LCSW, MFT, LPCC, or ASW.
- Experience in individual, group, and family counseling, outreach, community education, and development.
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with diverse populations.
