- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.
- Collaborate with clients to establish and maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or clinical psychology.
- Licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or registered associate (ASW, AMFT, APCC) in California.
- Minimum one year of experience providing direct clinical services to individuals with substance use disorders and/or concurrent disorders.
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and therapy skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
