Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources setting.
  • Basic knowledge of HR practices and procedures, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Outlook and familiarity with internet-based applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
