Inventory Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Professional to join our team at ActOne Group. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating and enhancing the organization's daily operations by managing inventory tasks, including movement, restocking, and accounting of items stored in various locations.

Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate will be rewarded with an estimated $22 per hour salary, making this a competitive opportunity. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer employer-sponsored health insurance, paid holidays, and a 401k plan.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Record Management: Compile and update accurate inventory records to ensure supplies are properly tracked and up-to-date.
- Pharmaceutical Inventory Management: Ensure proper stocking, rotation, and monitoring of drug supplies, including checking expiration dates of pharmaceuticals.
- Medication Stocking: Fill and stock medications into automated devices and other storage locations efficiently.
- Automation Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various types of pharmacy automation equipment, including Autofill devices, Baker Cells, Kalish cells, A-frames, repackaging equipment, and electronic scales.
- Order Fulfillment: Use scanning equipment and computer systems to select specific drugs/products by name, strength, and National Drug Code (NDC) number to fulfill orders accurately.
- Reorder Management: Suggest reorder points for revolving stock and monitor supply availability to ensure smooth operations.
- Education: High School Diploma (HS) or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Experience: Minimum of four years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic understanding of mathematical calculations.
- Computer Skills: Basic typing and proficiency in using PC-based software.
- Language Skills: Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull up to 150 pounds using a rolling cart or pallet jack.
- Stamina: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (8-10 hours), perform repetitive motions, and reach or stoop as required for the tasks.
