Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement algorithms from concept to deployment.
  • Ensure all analytical documentation adheres to standard operating procedures.
  • Report any data discrepancies or issues to the Workstream lead as they arise.
  • Collaborate with task leads to address and rectify quality concerns.
  • Create supporting documentation for algorithms and analyses, including presentations and summaries, to provide context for team members.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members as required.
  • Conduct preliminary analyses to generate data for algorithm approval during monthly collaboration meetings.
  • Develop and test algorithms using R and Python, adhering to industry best practices.
  • Perform Quality Control tasks to ensure accurate execution and optimal performance.
  • Utilize Atlassian Jira to track progress on assigned projects.
  • Produce and revise documentation, including specifications and training materials necessary for algorithm approval and deployment.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to comprehend their data analysis needs and translate them into effective Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Design and create engaging and informative Power BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Contribute technical insights to agile processes, including defining epics, stories, and tasks to resolve challenges and eliminate obstacles throughout client engagements.
  • Support the growth and development of junior team members.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree focused on data analytics, statistics, health policy, or public health.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Data and AI Science.
  • Proficient in data analysis, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
  • Skilled in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with Databricks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models.
