Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient accounts to ensure timely reimbursement
- Collaborate with field leadership, referrals and patients to drive account resolution
- Manage relationships with customers and providers to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Perform follow-up to achieve timely reimbursement
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in healthcare/health insurance industry
- Patient-Focused: You start with the patient and work backwards
- Action-Oriented: You thrive as a self-starter who proactively senses and responds to problems and opportunities
