Job Responsibilities

  1. Promote and maintain the esteemed Red Wing brand image through effective selling techniques.
  2. Accurately enter customer data and sales transactions into our system, manage payments, and ensure cash drawer accuracy.
  3. Provide precise measurements and fittings for customers.
  4. Communicate product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly.
  5. Engage in lead development for industrial sales during fittings.
  6. Support the Mobile Sales Representative during on-site sales and fittings.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with 0-2 years of relevant experience or training. Key attributes include:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Experience in retail footwear or wholesale environments

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform bending and lacing tasks, and climb ladders. Responsibilities also include store maintenance activities such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing floors, washing windows, and setting up displays.
