About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at the City of Peoria, Arizona. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our community facilities, including the Sports Complex and Pools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance technicians
  • Facilitate training activities and provide technical assistance
  • Develop goals and objectives, establish policies and procedures
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and operate HVAC systems, fire systems, mechanical systems electrical distribution
  • Implement preventative maintenance practices on all major systems
  • Analyze energy management systems (EMS) and its operating software
  • Compile and analyze utilities' data to promote efficiencies and cost saving strategies
  • Administer budgets and oversight of vendor contracts
  • Participate in committees, panels, and workgroups

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Valid AZ Driver's License upon hire

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $84,460 - $104,360 per year, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
