TTDT ENTERPRISES is a prominent provider of live virtual monitoring solutions, dedicated to protecting our clients' assets. Established to enhance existing surveillance frameworks into proactive security measures, we operate from a state-of-the-art National Command Center.

About Us:
Our facility, spanning 5,000 square feet, is staffed by a committed team delivering around-the-clock surveillance services. We cater to a diverse range of sectors, including education, residential, retail, automotive, and healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be engaged in monitoring and evaluating live surveillance feeds to identify and address potential security risks. Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring live video feeds to detect security threats.
  • Analyzing footage and promptly reporting any suspicious activities as per client protocols.
  • Coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • Conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting surveillance systems to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Providing assistance and direction to onsite security personnel as required.

Qualifications:
We seek individuals who possess:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in customer service and computer operations.
  • The capability to work autonomously and make swift decisions under pressure.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED; a college degree is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are advantageous but not essential.
  • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A clean drug test and criminal background check.

Benefits:
Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision benefits. A 401k plan is available upon meeting specific criteria.

Compensation:
Starting pay for swing and day shifts is $16.00/hour, while grave shifts start at $17.00/hour.
