US Country Manager Opportunity

FxSwede AB, a leader in depilatory products, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Country Manager to spearhead our strategic expansion into the US market. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the brand presence and driving sales growth for a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, trends, and competitor analysis.

• Craft a winning US sales network by prioritizing key retail partners, identifying potential buyers, and collaborating with brokers.

• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for retail sales in the US.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry influencers.

• Manage wholesale operations and distribution channels, including working with 3PL warehouses.

Sales & Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the US market to elevate brand awareness and cultivate consumer engagement.

• Utilize existing online marketing materials and adapt them to the US market and retail landscape.

• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs, optimize strategies and ensure achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

Team Leadership & Operations:

• Build a high-performing team from scratch, prioritizing the hiring of a Logistics Manager and an Accountant.

• Oversee team operations and manage payroll through a platform like Gusto.

• Ensure efficient supply chain management.

• Take full P&L responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Based in the US.

• Demonstrated experience working with retailers and driving sales growth, plus point if it's within the beauty industry.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of building businesses from the ground up and scaling them successfully.

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

• Proven experience managing supply chains and ensuring efficient product delivery.

• Familiarity with US distribution channels, including experience with 3PL warehouses.

• A resourceful individual with the ability to identify and overcome challenges.

• Excellent communication skills that bridge cultural divides to build strong relationships.

• A driven individual with a history of achieving ambitious goals.

• Experience developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive results.

• A proven track record of generating significant sales within the beauty industry.

• Plus point if you have the experience or familiar with the shave/depilatory product category and its market dynamics.
