About the Program

The Comstock team is looking for talented young professionals to be part of our Summer Internship Program. Our goal is to provide you with hands-on learning experiences and prepare you for your next step in your career growth. Interns will utilize their communication, detail-oriented, and collaborative skills and learn what it's like to work in a culture-driven, corporate environment.

Internship Details
  • This program will run from early June through early August.
  • Interviews will begin in 2025.
  • This is a paid internship.
  • On-site requirement.
Expectations and Qualifications
  • Attend meetings, huddles, and training sessions to gain exposure to the team and cross-functional projects.
  • Exemplify the Comstock values and principles by bringing your best every day.
  • Identify areas for improvement and help create solutions for the business, conducting research as needed.
  • Collaborate with fellow interns on a Capstone project, which will be delivered & presented to our Senior Leadership and HQ Team.
  • Network and collaborate with current and future team members.

Qualifications:

  • Rising Junior, Senior or Graduating Senior 2025 pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
  • High level of adaptability, accountability, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and multi-task.
