Key Responsibilities:

  • Field-Based Assignments: You will be responsible for taking on field-based assignments within a designated region or specific store location, with the goal of rehabilitating and restoring performance to operating standards and profitability goals.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will maintain a proactive communication rhythm with the Regional Director on all aspects of business operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: You will be responsible for the full life-cycle Talent Acquisition process for Sales Representatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and coaching.
  • Staff Management and Development: You will oversee and assist with staff management and development within an assigned region, inclusive of recruitment, succession planning, scheduling, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
  • Performance Improvement: You will be responsible for rehabilitating assigned locations back to achieving or exceeding budgetary responsibilities as it relates to the generation of leads and selling vacation packages.
  • Compliance and Governance: You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including ethics and compliance, and ensure that all new hire onboarding paperwork guidelines are followed as set by Human Resources.

Requirements:

  • Strong Sales and Leadership Skills: You will possess excellent sales and leadership skills, with the ability to drive sales growth and revenue across multiple locations.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Proven Track Record: You will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales operations, talent acquisition, and staff management.
