We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care team at Williamson Health, located in Franklin, Tennessee. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate and detail-oriented nurse to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating and delivering comprehensive nursing care.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse in Critical Care will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and developing targeted interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, ensure continuity of treatment, and provide timely updates on patient status
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN license in the State of Tennessee
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
  • Experience working in critical care or a related field
