The Senior Project Manager will receive an above market base salary and a performance-based bonus structure.

Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing assigned staff towards maximum job performance and career potential.
  • Understanding and administering contract and subcontract agreements.
  • Providing leadership to the project team.
  • Fostering and enhancing architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations.
  • Establishing, updating, and communicating the project schedule and managing its implementation.
  • Collaborating with the preconstruction team in the development of the project.
  • Managing budget and financial reporting, interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to the project budget.
  • Managing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
  • Providing leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
  • Project management software proficiency.
  • Effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff.
