Key Responsibilities- Assist in evaluating and summarizing claims, policy service, and administrative matters.
- Provide assistance on matters to more senior attorneys on legal issues and handle special assignments and projects.
- Assist in assembling discovery requests and in preparing appropriate responses.
- Prepare drafts of legal documents for review and finalizing.
- Perform legal research and evaluation of legal issues for all areas of the Company as needed.
- Assist in responding to various questions and concerns from the field force.

- Bachelor's degree, preferably business related
- Juris Doctorate degree
- Membership in The Mississippi Bar, within 6 months after starting date
