Key Responsibilities- Lead a dynamic team of educators and professionals in delivering high-quality nursing education programs.
- Develop and implement curriculum that meets the needs of our students and the healthcare industry.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with faculty members to provide guidance and support in teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Engage with students through interviews, orientations, and advisement to ensure their successful progression towards graduation and licensure.
- Oversee administrative duties, student records, and program compliance.
- Maintain and enhance professional competence through ongoing education and training.
- Foster relationships with industry partners, community organizations, and regulatory bodies to ensure our programs are aligned with industry trends and best practices.
- Current, unencumbered, registered nursing license for the state of employment.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; master's or doctoral degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical practical experience.
- Actively employed in nursing in the past 5 years, preferably in administration or teaching.
- Minimum of 1 year teaching experience in pre-licensure nursing education program.
- Meet all qualifications established by the Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- Comply with regulatory and corporate qualifications.
