You will play a vital role within a diverse, cross-functional team, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, timely escalation of obstacles, proactive risk management, and driving continuous enhancement at the program level. Your accountability will extend to the overall coordination, execution, and delivery of value through master data initiatives, aligning with Clorox's strategic objectives and commitments.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead quarterly planning sessions, promoting scaled agile best practices and managing risks and dependencies at the team-of-teams level.
- Coordinate the release train, ensuring alignment and successful delivery of initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Engage and motivate a team of scrum masters and stakeholders.
- Manage the release train backlog, ensuring visibility, transparency, and prioritization of work items and dependencies.
- Facilitate the release planning process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define release scope, milestones, and dependencies.
- Provide guidance on Agile principles, practices, and processes, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to release delivery, efficiency, and quality.
- Continuously assess and enhance the release management process, integrating feedback and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IT or professional services, including Agile Transformation.
- 3+ years of direct experience applying SAFe Scaled Agile Frameworks as RTE and Scrum Master for technology development teams.
- 6+ years of project management experience, with exposure to various agile frameworks and waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with SAP implementation is essential.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's Degree is a plus.
- Participation in a major ERP implementation is strongly preferred.
- Certifications such as Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Planview Enterprise One, TargetProcess, MS Office (including Project, SharePoint, Visio), and ServiceNow.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on Agile methodologies and software development trends.
- Proven ability to manage diverse project teams, including outsourced and geographically distributed teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to foster an environment of mutual respect, openness, and collaboration.
- Strong capacity to anticipate future challenges and opportunities beyond day-to-day activities.
Workplace Type:
Hybrid - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote
Commitment to Diversity:
At Clorox, we celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences, seeking fresh perspectives and a continuous drive for growth and learning.
