Position Overview

Summary

Pumpkin Patch Childcare and Learning Center is a nurturing environment dedicated to the growth and development of children. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and well-being of all children while implementing a play-based curriculum that supports their cognitive, physical, language, and social-emotional development.

The Lead Teacher will cultivate strong, trusting relationships with each child, fostering an atmosphere conducive to learning and growth. Responsibilities include maintaining classroom routines, utilizing positive behavioral supports, and collaborating effectively with families and colleagues to promote a positive workplace culture.
