Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with guests, colleagues, and management alike. Key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest interaction is warm, welcoming, and attentive.
• Preparing and serving a wide range of specialty beverages, including Starbucks favorites and seasonal offerings.
• Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
• Attending training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service standards, and company initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
