Salary

The hiring minimum salary for this role is $20.04, while the hiring maximum is $23.43. This competitive compensation package includes opportunities for merit-based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.

Job Description

In this Branch Office Administrator (BOA) role, you'll team up with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their long-term financial goals. As a valued member of the client team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deepening and broadening client relationships
  • Identifying opportunities to create efficiency
  • Working independently to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Managing current and new office technology
  • Developing strategies for the upcoming year through active participation in the annual business planning process
