About the Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide supportive services to adults with serious mental illness, focusing on their dignity and competence.
  • Monitor medication administration, ensure safety and well-being, and facilitate collaboration with service providers.
  • Support treatment planning, client progress monitoring, and communication with family members and professionals.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience working in a similar environment is preferred.
  • The ability to respond promptly to emergency situations and demonstrate understanding and compassion for clients and families.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and adaptability are essential.
