Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for all lines of business, including subcontractor procurement, contract terms and conditions negotiation, performance work statements, and subcontractor management.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Contract Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documents, including contract terms and conditions, performance work statements, and subcontractor agreements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Five or more years of experience in federal government contract management, with a strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
  • Skills: Excellent management skills, relationship management skills, advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Travel: Travel by car, rail, and/or air may be required domestically, with varying levels of travel based on circumstances.
